"Wolverine" Crashes in to The Oprah Winfrey Show

The Australian actor was injured performing a stunt during the taping of an Oprah Winfrey Show at the Sydney Opera house. Hugh Jackman slid down a cable from the top of the building to an outdoor stage when he crashed into a light rig, suffering a minor gash to his face and a black eye in a stunt captured on live TV.

"That was so much fun, until the end," the "Wolverine" actor quipped. He gamely went on with his sitdown with the daytime diva, holding ice to his face while he chatted. "I came down waving to everyone, looking over Sydney Harbor, saw my dad, the kids, and you (Oprah), went to pull the brake and then boing," the actor said.
